Doesn't it just break your heart? Poor little Lola whined and whined as she watched L leave in the morning to catch the bus. We have discovered that Lola has separation anxiety and does not like to be left alone. She can't even handle being in her kennel alone without have a panic attack which leads to pooping and peeing in the kennel which in turn leads to Kris's meltdown at having to bathe her...again. Out of desperation, we tried putting her in Cotton's kennel allowing that we were risking having to bathe them both if she did the unthinkable, but alas she was fine as long as someone, human or dog, was there to keep her company. Have I mentioned that she is slightly high maintenance? Ironically though, when I see other Yorkies being walked with their perfectly combed coif, I can't help but laugh. Lola is so not that dog; she is matted and tangled from rolling around with Cotton. Of course, this only proves once again how perfect she is for my L; princess on the inside, tomboy on the outside. Looks like another thing L and Lola have in common lately is a growth spurt, she has finally outgrown her Webkinz wardrobe, isn't that fabulous? A little bittersweet though since I can't seem to find a purple evening gown nor a bathrobe in doggy apparel. I may just have to ring up Granny (*hint, hint*).
