memorial day pancakes.

It's kind of a bummer. Usually calling Memorial Day a school holiday is silly because they are well out of school before the day but this year, the kids had a full week and a half left of school to go. In honor of it, we made strawberry, blueberry pancakes but in true Evans kids fashion, M wanted hers plain, L only wanted the fruit on top, and C was over the whole thing before the pancakes were even poured on the griddle. Oh well, making them was much fun!

Don't they look delish? Oh and I was completely out of powdered sugar so we had to go with regular granulated.
